No, I meant the mission with the bad visuals. It's all cloudy and such, and I wasn't sure if there was another mission like that, so I just said the first one with the bad visuals

Oh, in the nebula? Well, in one of those missions, and in alot of missions, sometimes there's NO WAY you can save a ship you're supposed to protect. So just go through the mission and play it like you normally do.

Oooh nice thread, didn't know about all the work done in this. Been aftyer a decent space combat game since Freelancer. I tried the Darkstar 1 demo but wasn't impressed and I've found it hard to get into X2 or X3.

Am downloading Freespace 2 now, thanks for the heads up!
