After the discussion arising in this thread I gave in to temptation and spent a day benching my Core2Duo at 1.8, 2.4 and 3.4. I was installing my
new cooler today so it was a perfect opportunity. I benchmarked using my gaming system thats in my sig.
1.8 is the same speed as the 6300, albiet this chip will perform better due to having twice the cache. 2.4 is the stock speed and 3.4 is what I have it running at 24/7.
